ORDINANCE NO. 940160

Approving a $20,000.00 contract amendment with the Kansas City Blues and Jazz Festival Committee, Inc. for the Kansas City Blues and Jazz Festival from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (Fourth and City-Wide Council Districts), increasing the amount thereof to a total of $21,400.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $20,000.00 contract amendment with the Kansas City Blues and Jazz Festival Committee, Inc. for organization and promotion of the Kansas City Blues and Jazz Festival from funds previously appropriated in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund to the following accounts, which contract is approved in substantial form as that on file in the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services:

The amount of the contract is hereby increased to a total amount of $21,400.00
