Authorizing a Water Purchase Agreement between Kansas City, Missouri and Missouri-American Water Co. for the sale and delivery of water for a term of 20 years.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of City, a Water Purchase Agreement providing for the sale and delivery of water to Missouri-American Water Co. for a term of 20 years. A copy of said agreement is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.
