Accepting a certain Special Warranty Deed from Jackson County Land Trust and conveying land to the City for public purposes in connection with the Schuyler Hotel Parking Project and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following deed has been recorded in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County in Kansas City, Missouri, under the instrument number and on the book and page indicated and is hereby accepted:

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of this ordinance in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, Missouri, as evidence of the acceptance of the herein described property by the City for public purposes.
