ORDINANCE NO. 200806

 

Authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a one-year lease agreement with four one-year renewals with the Minority Contractors Association of Greater Kansas City for the purpose of an office space for a nonprofit organization at the Robert J. Mohart Multi-Purpose Focus Center, 3200 Wayne, Kansas City, Missouri 64109.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a lease agreement with Minority Contractors Association of Greater Kansas City for the use as an office space generally located at the Robert J. Mohart Multi-Purpose Focus Center, located at 3200 Wayne, Kansas City, Missouri 64109, for a period of one year beginning October 1, 2020 and ending September 30, 2021 and four one-year renewal options. A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.
