RESOLUTION NO. 080467

Approving the appointment of David Green and Mario Ramirez of the Kansas City International Airport Community Improvement District Board of Directors to fill unexpired terms of previous Board members

WHEREAS, the Kansas City International Airport Community Improvement District was established by the City Council of Kansas City, Missouri; and

WHEREAS, five members of the Board of Directors were appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council; and

WHEREAS, two vacancies now exist on the Board because of the resignation of two Directors; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That the City Council hereby consents to the appointment by the Mayor the following individuals as representatives of business owners operating within the district to serve on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City International Airport Community Improvement District:

David Green, General Manager to fill Board position held by Susan

Marriott Hotel Madsen; to expire 2012

Mario Ramirez, Manager to fill Board position held by Larry Miller;

Paradies Shops to expire 2012
