ORDINANCE NO. 960301

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a cooperative agreement with the City of Gladstone, Missouri and Stonebrooke, L.L.C., for replacing a culvert at N.E. 72nd Street and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute, on behalf of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, an agreement with the City of Gladstone, Missouri and Stonebrooke, L.L.C., for replacing a culvert on N.E. 72nd Street where the street intersects with the City of Gladstone, Missouri. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2. That upon the effective date of this ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the ordinance and the attached agreement to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri at Kansas City, and a copy thereof to be sent to the Missouri Secretary of State pursuant to Section 70.300, RSMo (1994).
