Appropriating $46,911.00 from the Capital Improvements Fund to the project account for the widening and improvement of Barry Road.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the sum of $46,911.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund, Account No. 9-801, to the following account in the Capital Improvements Fund:

9-40574T Barry Road $46,911.00

Section 2. That the Director of Public Works is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. 9-40574-T and is authorized to expend the sum of $46,911.00 from the Barry Road account to satisfy the final change order on Project No. 1109 and engineering charges not yet billed.
