ORDINANCE NO. 981375

Authorizing execution of one Assignment Agreement with the United States Environmental Protection Agency for the purpose of receiving the services of Marcus G. Rivas from the EPA and directing the City Clerk to record certain documents with the appropriate office.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of City Development is hereby authorized to execute an Assignment Agreement with the United States Environmental Protection Agency for the purpose of receiving the services of Marcus G. Rivas, an environmental engineer, from the EPA. The Assignment Agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of the Assignment Agreement, together with a copy of this ordinance, with the Department of Records of Jackson County, Missouri, and the Office of the State of State of Missouri.
