Estimating revenue and appropriating the amount of $45,000.00 for a program to intervene and impact youth who live sedentary lifestyles.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount:

03-100-070-7958 Missouri Primary Care Association Grant $45,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $45,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund balance of the General Fund to the following accounts in the General Fund:

03-100-070-2591-B Healthy Habits $35,000.00

03-100-070-2591-C Healthy Habits 10,000.00

TOTAL $45,000.00

Section 3. That the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. 03-100-070-2591.
