ORDINANCE NO. 080578

 

Amending the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International Airport, by changing the recommended land use on about 9.79 acres generally located at the northwest corner of N. Newark Circle and N. Ambassador Drive from general transient retail business uses to regional business uses. (247-S-108).

 

  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International Airport, is hereby amended by changing the land use designation from general transient retail business uses to regional business uses for a 9.79 acre area generally located at the northwest corner of N. Newark Circle and N. Ambassador Drive, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Tract F and Tract K, Plaza International, Third Plat, a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

 

all as shown outlined on a map marked General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International Airport, as amended, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the aforesaid plan.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices have been given and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been held.
