ORDINANCE NO. 051131

 

Authorizing a cooperative agreement with Jackson County in the amount of $74,462.00 for the STOP Violence Against Women Program; reestimating revenue in the amount of $10,632.00; and appropriating it to the 05 STOP Violence Grant account of the General Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, a cooperative agreement with Jackson County, Missouri, in the amount of $74,462.00 in connection with the STOP Violence Against Women Program.

 

Section 2. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund is hereby reestimated in the following amount:

 

06-1000-130000-471250 05 STOP Viol Against Women $10,632.00

 

Section 2. That the sum of $10,632.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

 

06-1000-132035-B 05 STOP Violence Grant $10,632.00
