ORDINANCE NO. 910486

 

Approving the preliminary plat of Ward Parkway South on a 3.4 acre tract of land located at the northwest corner of Ward Parkway and Wornall Road.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the preliminary plat of Ward Parkway South on a 3.4 acre tract of land located at the northwest corner of Ward Parkway and Wornall Road, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Blocks 8 and 9, Ward Parkway Office Center, a subdivision of land in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer cause the area to be platted and processed in accordance with Chapter 31, Code of General

Ordinances of Kansas City, Missouri, as amended, commonly

known as the Subdivision Regulations.

 

2. That the developer submit a storm drainage study.

 

3. That the developer construct sidewalks on Ward Parkway as required by the Parks and Recreation Department.

 

4. That the developer grant a construction easement for the proposed widening of Wornall Road.

 

5. That the developer remove the driveway from the current bank site in accordance with the standards of the Parks

and Recreation Department.

 

A copy of said preliminary plat is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 910486, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed preliminary plat hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Subdivision Regulations have been given and had.
