RESOLUTION 940162

Approving appointments and reappointments to the Building and Fire Codes Board of Appeals.

WHEREAS, terms of members and alternate members of the Building and Fire Codes Board of Appeals have expired; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed and reappointed persons to membership on the Building and Fire Codes Board of Appeals to serve terms of four years; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds each person fully qualified to serve on the Building and Fire Codes Board of Appeals; NOW, THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY;

Section A. That the following reappointments are approved for terms expiring April 1, 1997:

Wesley Dolginoff Professional Engineer Member

H. D. Ege Professional Engineer Alternate

Paul Soukup Plumbing Contractor Member
