ORDINANCE NO. 950395

 

Appropriating $100,000.00 for Blue Parkway Industrial Area, $40,000.00 for Neighborhood Streetlights, and $81,626.00 for Brush Creek Community Center as allocations of 94-95 Local Use Taxes within Council District 5 and designating requisitioning authorities for the accounts.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account of the General Fund is hereby reduced by the following amount:

 

95-100-089-6515-T PIAC Projects - CD-5 $221,626.00

 

Section 2. That the sum of $221,626.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

 

95-100-089-6516-T Blue Parkway Industrial Area - LUT5 $100,000.00 95-100-089-6517-T Neighborhood Streetlights - LUT5 40,000.00 95-100-070-6521-T Brush Creek Community Center - LUT5 81,626.00 TOTAL $221,626.00

 

Section 3. That the Director of Public Works is hereby designated as the requisitioning authority for Account Nos. 95-100-089-6516 and 95-100-089-6517 and that the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners is hereby designated as the requisitioning authority for Account No. 95-100-070-6521.
