ORDINANCE NO. 061008

Authorizing a license agreement with Cricket Communications for cellular equipment located at approximately 27th and Van Brunt.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of City Development is authorized to enter into a license agreement which would allow the tenant, Cricket Communications, to install, operate and maintain its equipment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations at the licensed site for approximately six months. The City of Kansas City will collect rent and appropriate revenue in the amount of $12,000.00 in the General Fund Account No. 07-1000-640000-458060.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
