ORDINANCE NO. 970082

Accepting various deeds and easements conveying land to the City for public use purposes as part of the Blue River Rechannelization and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following listed deeds and easements conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for public use purposes as part of the Blue River Rechannelization Project and recorded in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, Missouri at Kansas City and Independence under the instrument numbers and on the books and pages indicated, are hereby accepted:
