ORDINANCE NO. 040025

Authorizing an $85,000.00 Amendment No. 1 to the Shaw Pittman contract for aviation legal services and extending the term by an additional year to June 30, 2005.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Shaw Pittman contract for aviation legal services, extending the term for an additional year to June 30, 2005 and adding an additional $85,000.00 for a total contract amount of $310,000.00 from funds heretofore appropriated to Account No. 04-821-062-1000-B, Kansas City Airports Fund. A copy of the contract is attached hereto and is hereby approved.
