Transferring the sum of $33,500.00 from the Contingent Appropriation of the General Fund to Account No. 1 13101 B, Victim Witness Program.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the sum of $33,500.00 is hereby transferred from the Contingent Appropriation of the General Fund, Account No. 1-96100-B to the following account of the General Fund:

1-13101B Victim-Witness Program $33,500.00
