ORDINANCE NO. 910297

 

Authorizing an amendment to the agreement with Wellner Architects for professional consulting services for the storage/maintenance facility at KCI Airport and appropriating $212,000.00 from the General Improvement Airport Construction Fund Series 1989 B for work under the agreement.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the agreement for Project No. 997, Construct Storage/Maintenance Facility Phases III, IV and V services at Kansas City International Airport with Wellner Architects. A copy of said amendment is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

 

Section 2. That the sum of $212,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Improvement Airport Construction Fund, Series 1989 B, Account No. 353-810 to the following account in the General Improvement Airport Construction Fund:

 

353-00026K KCI Storage Building Account $212,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
