ORDINANCE NO. 061356

 

Authorizing a one year Rental Car Permit Agreement with Enterprise Rent A Car at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown and estimating additional revenue in the amount of $5,000.00 in the KCI Airports Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a Rental Car Permit Agreement with Enterprise Rent A Car for the right to provide and/or conduct rental car services to the traveling public at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport for a term beginning November 20, 2006 and ending no later that November 19, 2007 with four additional one-year term options at the Directors sole determination. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

 

Section 2. That additional revenue in the sum of $5,000.00 is hereby estimated in the following account of the KCI Airports Fund, No. 8300:

 

06-8300-620000-468630 Rental Car Percentage Fees $5,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
