ORDINANCE NO. 120448
Amending Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas
City, Missouri, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, by
repealing Sections 2-1075 and 2-1078 which authorizes the job classification
and pay system for the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the City
of Kansas City, Missouri and the International Association of Fire Fighters,
Local 42, as it relates to wages, classifications and compensation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, relating to
the Classification and Compensation Plan, is hereby amended by repealing
Sections 2-1075 and 2-1078 and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like
numbers, to read as follows.
Sec. 2-1075. Salary schedules;
pay grades therein.
The following
salary schedules are hereby adopted:
