ORDINANCE NO. 900600

Authorizing an agreement with Wildwood Development for noise disclosure for a tract of land located approximately one quarter mile west of Amity Road and North of Barry Road, in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, and directing the City Clerk to record said agreement in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, Platte County, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby

authorized to execute an Agreement for Noise Disclosure with Wildwood Development. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and

obligations as set forth in said agreement are hereby approved.

Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed upon the

effective date of this agreement to record said agreement in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Platte County, Missouri.
