ORDINANCE NO. 051434

 

Approving contracts with various agencies in the amount of $22,490.00 for projects and events from the Neighborhood Tourist and Development Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute contracts in the total amount of $22,490.00 with the following list of agencies in the respective amounts for the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund projects and events from the funds previously appropriated in Account No. 06-2350-672100-B. These contracts are hereby approved, in substantial form, and filed in the office of the Neighborhood and Community Services Department.
