Authorizing a Tower Lease Agreement between Kansas City and KMBC-TV allowing Kansas City to maintain three antennas and appurtenant transmission lines on KMBC-TV's tower at 23rd & Topping.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, a Tower Lease Agreement between Kansas City and KMBC-TV allowing Kansas City to maintain three antennas and appurtenant transmission lines on KMBC-TV's tower at 23rd & Topping. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
