COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 150393

 

Declaring certain real property surplus to the City's needs; and authorizing the Director of General Services to offer for sale the property generally located at: 22401 E. Meyers Road, Jackson County (Unincorporated), Missouri.

 

WHEREAS, all City departments have been notified and this property is not needed by the City and no interest has been expressed in retaining the land for future public use; NOW, THEREFORE,

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the three tracts described below, which are located generally at 22401 E. Meyers Road, Jackson County (Unincorporated), Missouri, are hereby declared surplus to the City’s needs.

 

Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is hereby authorized to offer and sell in accord with City regulations, the properties located at:

 

TRACT 1: (WATER TREATMENT PLANT SITE)

 

ALL THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 51, RANGE 31, IN JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
