ORDINANCE NO. 200134

 

Estimating $145,800.00 in the Aviation Fund; authorizing an Off-Airport Parking Permit Agreement with PNGLU CFC of Kansas City, LLC d/b/a Park N Go at the Kansas City International Airport.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute an Off-Airport Parking Permit Agreement with PNGLU CFC of Kansas City, LLC d/b/a Park N Go at the Kansas City International Airport with a term from February 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021, with automatic renewal for successive periods of one year each, unless terminated by either party. A copy of the agreement is on file in the Office of the Director of Aviation.

 

            Section 2. That the amount of $145,800.00 is estimated in the Aviation Fund:

 

20-8300-620000-470620 Parking Lot Concessions (Off-Airport)             $145,800.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
