ORDINANCE NO. 100895

 

Authorizing the Director of the City Development Department to execute a Covenant to Maintain Agreement for Public Storm Line and BMP Facilities for the Vineyard Church project, in Clay County, Missouri, and authorizing the City Clerk to record this ordinance and attached agreement.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of the City Development Department is hereby authorized to execute a Covenant to Maintain Agreement for Public Storm Line and BMP Facilities agreement, to be in a form substantially as that attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, for the Vineyard Church project, in Clay County, Missouri.

 

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record copies of this ordinance, together with the Covenant to Maintain Agreement for Public Storm Line and BMP Facilities, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Clay County, Missouri.
