ORDINANCE NO. 200214

 

Authorizing a $396,000.00 Design Professional Services Contract with Environmental Advisors and Engineers, Inc., for the Inflow and Infiltration (I/I) Reduction: Northern Basins Project 2 East.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of the Water Services Department is authorized to execute Contract No. 1586 in the amount of $396,000.00 with Environmental Advisors and Engineers, Inc., for the Inflow and Infiltration (I/I) Reduction: Northern Basins Project 2 East, Project No. 81000918.  A copy of the contract is on file in the office of Water Services.

 

Section 2. That the Director of the Water Services Department is authorized to expend up to $396,000.00 from Account No. AL-8187-807769-611040-81000918, Overflow Control Program, to satisfy the cost of this contract.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
