RESOLUTION NO. 951585

Approving the appointment of Mel Mallin and Judy Burngen to the City Market Oversight Committee.

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 951411, as amended, expanded the composition of the City Market Oversight Committee to include a representative of consumers and a representative of general business or resident interests from the City Market or River Market area; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor has selected certain individuals to be appointed to the City Market Oversight Committee and seeks the approval of Council of such appointments; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That the Council hereby approves the selection and appointment of the following for a term of five years:

Mel Mallin Representative of general business or resident interests

Judy Burngen Representative of consumers
