All that part of Lot J, Northfield – Third Plat, a subdivision of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 51, Range 33, in Platte County, Missouri, being bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section; Thence S00°30’42”W, along the East line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 167.54 feet; Thence N89°29’18”W a distance of 203.27 feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline of the existing 15 foot Drainage Easement to be released lying 7.5 foot either side of the following described centerline; Thence N74°25’05”W, a distance of 183.59 feet to the Point of Termination.
