ORDINANCE NO. 050566

 

Estimating revenues in the amount of $13,200,000.00 in the Health Levy Fund, and appropriating those revenues to three accounts in the Health Levy Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the revenue in the following accounts in the Health Levy Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount:

 

06-2330-120000-450000 Real Property Taxes-Current $10,243,200.00

06-2330-120000-450500 Personal Property Taxes-Current 2,956,800.00

TOTAL $13,200,000.00

 

Section 2. That the sum of $13,200,000.00 is herby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Health Levy Fund, No. 233, to the following accounts:

 

06-2330-512130-F Health Centers $ 2,100,000.00

06-2330-512140-F Ambulance Service 2,100,000.00

06-2330-512150-F Truman Medical Center 9,000,000.00

TOTAL $13,200,000.00

 

Section 3. That the Director of Health is herby authorized to expend the sum of $13,200,000.00 from funds heretofore appropriated to Account Nos. 06-2330-512130, 06-2330-512140, and 06-2330-512150.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
