ORDINANCE NO. 100225

 

Authorizing a $6,290.00 Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement with Delich, Roth & Goodwillie, P.A., for Project No. 89003646 - Highway 40 & Marsh Avenue Sanitary Sewer; and authorizing the City Manager to expend $6,290.00 from previously appropriated funds for the project.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, a $6,290.00 Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement with Delich, Roth & Goodwillie, P.A., for Project No. 89003646 - Highway 40 & Marsh Avenue Sanitary Sewer, in Kansas City, Missouri, Jackson County, Council District 3. A copy of the amendment is on file in the Capital Improvements Management Office.

 

Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to expend the sum of $6,290.00 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 10-3090-808883-B-89003646.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
