ORDINANCE NO. 200229

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a lease agreement with Metro 24 Fitness LLC, dba Metro KC Fitness for the purpose of a fitness facility beginning April 17, 2020, and ending May 31, 2023, with three (3) one-year options for renewal. A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.
