Authorizing a Permit Agreement with Continental Airlines, Inc. for a Glycol Storage Tank at KCI Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby

authorized to execute a Permit Agreement with Continental Airlines, Inc. for use of the Glycol Storage Tank adjacent to Gate 19 at Kansas City International Airport. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and

obligations as set forth in said Permit Agreement are hereby approved.
