ORDINANCE NO. 090597

Approving a $245,336.00 contract amendment with the Good Samaritan Project to provide additional case management care services to eligible clients in the Kansas City Transitional Grant Area (TGA) who meet Ryan White Title I guidelines.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That a contract amendment between the City of Kansas City, Missouri, acting through its Director of Health, and the Good Samaritan Project, acting through its Executive Administrator, whereby the Good Samaritan Project will provide additional case management services to eligible clients in the Kansas City Transitional Grant Area (TGA) who meet Ryan White Title I guidelines for a period beginning March 1, 2007 through February 28, 2010, for a total contract amount not to exceed $823,138.00 to be paid from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 10-2730-505003-B, is hereby accepted and approved. A copy of the contract amendment, in substantial form, is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
