ORDINANCE NO. 900697

 

Amending a previously approved development plan in District GP-6 on a 20.6 acre tract of land located south of N.W. 87th Terrace and one-half block east of N.W. Old Stagecoach Road. (6625-GP-1)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a previously approved development plan for District GP-6 on a 20.6 acre tract of land located south of N.W. 87th Terrace and one-half block east of N.W. Old Stagecoach Road, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Tract B, Barry Middle School, a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer remove the existing sign from within the street right of way.

 

2. That the developer construct a sidewalk on the south side of N.W. 87th Terrace from N.W. Old Stagecoach Road

eastward to the limit of existing pavement.

 

3. That the developer situate the buildings so as to provide private fire hydrants within 150 feet of all portions of

the building and that the developer install access roads

or grass streets within 150 feet of the exterior of the

building.

 

4. That the developer submit a landscaping plan to the City Development Department showing planting between the

access drive and the residential lots to the west prior

to the issuance of a building permit.

 

A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 900697, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
