Description: To “Bring Kansas City to the World and the World to Kansas City.” Seeks to support and build greater visibility for Kansas City’s sister city relationships and to promote citizen diplomacy/participation in the many activities related to exchanges and programming between the cities. APPOINTMENT PROCESS: Mayor appoints 150 members from the community at-large. NUMBER OF CITY MEMBERS: 150 TERM: 2 years
