Description: Has the power and duty to render advice and opinions and to investigate and report on allegations of violations of the Citys charter AND ordinance provisions concerning conflict OF interest AND financial disclosure BY city officials. APPOINTMENT PROCESS: Mayor appoints the Chair and each Council district appoints one representative. NUMBER OF CITY MEMBERS: 7 TERM: 5 years
