Description: Has the power and duty to render advice and opinions and to investigate and report on allegations of violations of the Citys charter AND ordinance provisions concerning conflict OF interest AND financial disclosure BY city officials. APPOINTMENT PROCESS: Mayor appoints 7 members with each one of the six from each council district. The Chair is also appointed by the Mayor. NUMBER OF CITY MEMBERS: 7 TERM: 5 years
