Description: Resolution #010601 charges the Health Commission with providing structure and oversight for the development, implementation and evaluation of a Community Health Improvement Plan for Kansas City, Mo. The Health Commission is also charged with initiating discussions aimed at creating a process that will lead to a Community Health Plan for the entire metropolitan area.
