Description: To review proposals and make recommendations to the Council of the disbursements of the funds referred to as the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund. APPOINTMENT PROCESS: Mayor appoints 3 members from City at-large and each Council member appoints a resident of their district. NUMBER OF CITY MEMBERS: 15 TERM: Staggered terms
